Rejection Policy

• The Old School Game Vault Reserves the right to reject any item or items not in proper condition. There is a $10 minimum you must meet, to place an order with The Old School Game Vault.
• Games should not have excess scratches as they will be rejected upon receipt.  Nor should the labels be torn, or have other types of damage to them.
• All CD games should included the original case, original artwork and instructions.  Deductions will be taken for missing items. Games sent as the game disc only, loose, or with non-origianl artwork will be rejected.
• All Cartridge games, need to only include the cartridge. Boxes and Manuals are not required. (Except for Nintendo DS & Turbografx 16 Games) 
• All items shall be in working condition unless sold as broken, non working items will be rejected.
• All rejected items will not be paid for, and their weight deducted from the total weight of your package. 
• You are responsible for all items until received by The Old School Game Vault

If Your Order is Above $100

• We will reimburse you for shipping on Parcel Post only. (No Matter what shipping option you use.)

If Your Order is Below $100

• All orders below $100 will get reimbursed for Media Mail only. (No Matter what shipping option you use.)
• Unless the item can be shipped via First Class Mail weight limit is 13 ounces

General Guidelines to Follow:

• Please notify us when you mail your games – Please include a copy of the checkout page in your package with your items, item total, email address, and payment method desired
  • Payment Methods are :
    • Business Check - Quickest Method, Most Select This Option
    • Paypal (Fees do Apply)
    • Money Order ($1.50 Fee Applies)
• Upon arrival of your games, we will notify you by e-mail.
• You are responsible for your package from your house to us.
• You will get paid within 24 hours of receiving your games, unless the package is delivered on Friday or the Weekend. Then your package will get processed on the next business day.  
• You will get shipping reimbursement for the total weight of your package/packages. No matter how many packages you send, you will get reimbursed for the total weight of the packages combined total weight.
