How will I get Paid

• We pay you via paypal which is the quickest fastest way. 
• You will not get reimbursement for any paypal fees.   
• You also have the choice to get a money order ($1.50 charge Applies)   Or we can issue you a Business check.   
• If you live in Chicago and stop by our office we pay in cash.  
• Your choice just let us know.

How do I know you received my item?

We will notify you by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your package.

What do you buy?

We do not buy home-brews or imported games.  We do buy almost anything related to video games, if you do not see your item in our quote section.  Feel free to contact us and an associate will provide you with a quote.  That goes for games not listed on certain pages.

What is the Requirement to get reimbursed for Postage?

We will give a shipping reimbursement on all orders.

• Shipping reimburses will be based using the weight of the package from your zip code to our zip code (60657). We get our shipping rates directly from USPS.com

The Following is what determines the shipping reimbursement methodwe use.

Media Mail

• This shipping reimbursement will be give to all orders below $100 in total value.

 ParcelPost

• You will only be reimbursed for shipping on all orders above $100 in total value.

 FirstClass Mail   

• You will we reimbursed only for any order that gets shipped to us with a weight limit of 13 ounces or less.

 You will not get reimbursed for any special packaging or boxes you use.

What happens if my games get lost? 

 You are responsible for your package from your house to us. It's recommended that you purchase insurance, but not mandatory.

Selling Video Games Approval

    Once we receive your video games they are subject to approval.  All video games will be tested for functionality and overall condition.  Broken and or non-working items will be rejected upon receipt,and their value deducted from the total paid to you.

• All prices are quoted based on fully functional working condition with all accessories with the particular unit.  ( AC Adapter, Wires / Hook Up, Instructions, Original Case, Original Game Artwork and  Accessories that came with the particular Video Game Console or Games. Video games not adhering to this policy can and will be subject to deductions.

How you come up with your quote?

We have done extensive research to provide a quote more than theTop Ten Search Results on Google.  That means we went to each site, and figured out the average buying quote, and made sure our quote is above that.  We also used a program known as Hammertap, toctrack how many of each item has sold on eBay the past 30 days.  We also use the supply and demand factor to come up with a price fair for all.

How Fast will I receive my money?

·                    Once we receive your items you'll be notified with in 24 hours.  

·                    Then we will test each game and system for functionality. 

·                    If a game or systems is not properly working that price will be deducted from your original quoted price. 

·                    We always issue payment within 24 hours of receiving your items. Unless your item is received on a Friday, then your order will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping reimbursement on all orders!

1.   All orders above $100 will get reimbursed for USPS Parcel Post Only.

2.   All orders below $100 will get reimbursed for USPS Media Mail only.  You mustn't tell the Postmaster the actual contents just mention its video gamebooks. Unless the item can be shipped via USPS First Class Mail weight limit is 13 ounces.

3.   Please notify us when you mail your games – Please include a copy of the checkout page in your package with your items, item total, email address, and payment method desired.

4.   Upon arrival of your games,we will notify you by e-mail.

5.   Then we will test everything for functionality, once that is done we will pay you.

6.   Either By Paypal, Money Order ($1.50 Fee Applies) or Business Check, You Decide

7.   We will pay you within 24 hours of receiving your games.

8.   References are available upon Request.                                                       

Quality Requirements

Cartridge Game

• The Game Labels’ should be free from debris; from stickers, stains, marker and or tears
• The Cartridges should not be cracked in any way. 
• For sale stickers are allowed, just as long as they do not obstruct the game label in any way.

CD Games

• Games should not have excess scratches as they will be rejected upon receipt.  
• All games purchase should be in working condition; they should load and play without delay.  
• The original artwork, case and instructions should be included with all CD Games
• Game Instructions should be complete and free from stickers, markings, stains, and tears or creases

 

MissingInstruction Deduction Prices

·       Missing Instructions will have 30% deduction from the original quoted price.

·       Missing Art Work & or End Labels will have a 30% deduction from the quoted price

 

CrackedCase or Missing Case

·       JewelCase             -$.50

·       OtherCase             -$.60

What If My Item or Items Get Rejected

• If multiple items get rejected you will be notified via email.  You will be given a brief description of why the item was rejected.
• You will be give the opportunity to have the items returned to you.  If you would like to have the items shipped back to you a $5 service fee will be deducted from your total.  As well as the cost to ship the items back to you will be deducted from your item total.
• You will not receive payment for the rejected items, and you will not be paid shipping reimbursement for any rejected items.
• You will have (5) days to respond to the rejected item email, after (5) days the items will be recycled and payment will be issued.
• In some circumstances a personal phone call will be made to discuss the rejected items, if deemed necessary by us.

 How long is My Price Quote Good For?

• Ten (10) Days from the original order.  After the Ten (10) period prices will be subject to change based on the current prices on the website.

   

• No, with Cartridge games the quoted price is for the cartridges only. (Except for Nintendo DS, 3ds and Turbografx 16 games, these must include case, manual, art-work and game)
• CD Games however, must include the original case, original artwork and instructions to avoid any deductions.
